1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill, 3300 West Gate City Boulevard, Greensboro, NC 27407 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill, members of their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

​

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins at [TIME] Eastern Time on SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on SEPTEMBER 28TH, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s records will be the official timekeeping method.

​

4. How to Enter

To enter, comment on the original “Build Your Dream Darryl’s Meal” Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok post with one selection from each of the four categories: Main, Side, Drink, and Dessert.

Limit one entry per person. No purchase, payment, restaurant visit, photo, video, Facebook share, or friend tag is required. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill gift card with an actual retail value of $25.

Only one prize will be awarded. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash and is subject to any stated gift-card conditions. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or expenses not expressly included.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place on or about SEPTEMBER 29TH, 2026.

The odds of winning are one divided by the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified through a reply to their comment and/or a message from Darryl’s official Facebook page. The winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility.

Darryl’s will never request payment, banking details, a Social Security number, or credit-card information to award this prize.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to satisfy these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random. The prize must be collected at Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill unless Sponsor provides another arrangement.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to follow these Official Rules and accept Sponsor’s decisions as final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who interferes with the giveaway, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, or another issue prevents it from operating fairly as intended.

Except where prohibited, the winner authorizes Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name and last initial on Darryl’s Facebook page without additional compensation.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill, Facebook, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Facebook Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any responsibility or liability relating to this giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Darryl’s Wood Fired Grill and not to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

11. Privacy

Information obtained through the giveaway will be used only to administer the promotion, contact the winner, verify eligibility, and award the prize unless the entrant separately agrees to another use.

12. Governing Law

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
